Thomas G. Wolfe, President and Managing Partner, is a shareholder in the litigation department. He represents individuals and both privately-held and public companies in a wide range of complex litigation matters. He has tried cases in state and federal court in various product liability cases including pharmaceutical and automotive, as well as oil and gas and various commercial matters including arbitration of securities cases. He has also been involved in the defense of both class actions, including certification issues and hearings, and mass tort litigation against pharmaceutical companies. Tom is on the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Trial Practice Section of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. He is also a Master of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court. Tom also served as a speaker at the Oklahoma Association of Defense Annual Trial School in 2006 and 2007 and received the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel Distinguished Service Award in 2006.
Tom co-authored Kirkland v. General Motors Corporation and Beyond: An Overview of Twenty Years of Oklahoma Product Liability Law, 65 OKLA. B.J. 3593 (1994), and An Overview of Oklahoma Product Liability Law, 73 OKLA. B.J. 2231 (2002), the latter of which won the Oklahoma Bar Journal’s “Golden Quill Award.”
Tom is an active member in the Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association, where he served on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division from 1990 to 1991. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Tom lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Gigi, and children Jamie and Joe.
